Ready for gymnastics!

I told Madison to go get ready for gymnastics this morning.....this is how she looked when she returned.  Can you guess what her favorite color is?

Hunter's little notes

Hunter lost a tooth at school yesterday.  He was so excited to come home with a tooth necklace carrying his little tooth--the advantages of losing a tooth at school.

One of the first things he said was "Look mom I can make a slide with my tongue!"  (by sticking his tongue through his front teeth gap and his new lost tooth hole on the bottom side).  What talent!  I love how imaginative and creative children are.

Last night he was so excited to put his tooth under his pillow along with a few notes to the tooth fairy--very sweet little notes!

"Hi tooth feire  haw yu duwing"
"I Like You"
"Wuts Yer fafrit culr?
"Do You Like Yur Job?

Can you figure them out?
I've helped you out a little with some of the spelling and here are the answers....

Hi tooth fairy.  How you doing? (I am great!  Thanks for the notes!)
I like you (I like you too!)
What's your favorite color? (white, because teeth are white)
Do you like your job? (I love my job!)

Birthday shirt

This all makes sense now! This is where I get my need to keep everything! I have the hardest time letting go of anything.

My sister emailed me the following picture....yesterday for Janine and Janelle's birthday my family got together for a birthday lunch. The shirt my Dad is wearing is the one he wore 36 yrs ago at the hospital for their birth!

In the Leafy Tree Tops

I came outside to look for Madison and couldn't find her. Then I heard her giggling but still couldn't find her. Can you???

I had no idea she could climb our tree in the backyard! We had quite the "conversation" and she finally came down--she was so proud of herself for climbing the tree all by herself. She has no fear!

I love to see the Temple

Hunter gave a wonderful talk today in primary today. He told me what to write and I typed it up. Good job son! I love you!!!

I Love to see the Temple
by Hunter Fillerup

One of my favorite primary songs is “I Love To See the Temple. I'm going there someday” (he actually began to sing the song when he gave the talk--it melted my heart, so sweet) I like that song because it means that someday I can go to the temple and feel the Holy Spirit there. I can prepare to go the temple by listening at church, understanding what the scriptures mean and be a good friend. I want to go to the temple so I can take a bigger step to be with Heavenly Father again. I can't wait until I can be sealed in the temple and then when you die when you come back alive you can still have that person.

I want to bear my testimony I know the church is true. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for us. I know that a temple is a house of God. And I want to go to the temple someday.

E-I-N-G-O!

I found Madison singing with the microphone this morning--what a character! She she saw me come into the room and had me sit down and listen to her sing some of her favorite songs--"E-I-N-G-O", "Popcorn Popping", and "ABC". This one was my favorite.....
